Acceptance
By using PromptPilot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
PromptPilot helps you plan apps and turn ideas into build-ready blueprints. Outputs are AI-generated suggestions produced from your input. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation and are not professional, legal, or security advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output, including any code you build from it.
Your data and responsibility
Your content is stored locally in your browser by default; you are responsible for backing it up, since Delete all data, clearing site data, or switching devices/browsers will lose the local copy. If accounts are enabled and you sign in, your projects are also synced automatically to our hosting provider so you can access them across devices; you remain responsible for the content you create. You can export or delete your data anytime (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for lost local data.
AI and voice features
AI features run only on your explicit action (never in the background) and send the relevant text server-side to third-party AI providers to produce a result. Where voice input is enabled, confirming a recording sends that audio to a speech-to-text provider (see the Privacy Policy). On deployments with accounts, AI actions require signing in. Fair-use limits apply so the service stays available to everyone — plans include usage allowances that refill on a rolling basis, and hitting a limit pauses AI actions until it refills or you upgrade.
Paid plans, billing and taxes
When paid plans are available, payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages — we never handle your card details. Prices are shown exclusive of tax where applicable; where required by law, applicable VAT/GST/sales tax may be added at checkout based on your billing location. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or change your plan anytime through the billing portal, and cancellation stops future charges at the end of the paid period. Your plan determines your usage allowances and features. If a subscription ends or a payment ultimately fails, your access returns to the free tier — your projects are not deleted. Prices and allowances may change; changes apply from your next billing period.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again — we do not bill in arrears or charge a cancellation fee. Because subscriptions give immediate access to AI generation (a cost we incur per use), payments are generally non-refundable, and cancelling does not automatically refund the current period. If you were charged in error, were double-charged, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and issue a refund where appropriate. Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right to a refund (for example a statutory cooling-off period), that law applies and overrides this section. Refunds, when made, are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. A refund or successful payment dispute ends the subscription and returns your account to the free tier. If you are in the UAE, your statutory rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and its Executive Regulation continue to apply, and you may raise a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy.
Acceptable use
Do not use PromptPilot to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, to exceed or evade usage limits (including via multiple accounts or automated access), or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or its outputs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the regulations of the Fujairah Creative City Free Zone, where the service provider is established. The courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. Where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you mandatory rights or a local forum that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected by this clause.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be visible here before they apply.
